From what I understand it depends on the intention behind it. If you enjoy praying Rosaries and would like to wear it as an outward appearance of you faith than I’m pretty sure you’re in the clear.
However, if you wear one only because it “looks good” or it matches your outfit…then you have a problem.
I know a lot of Catholic guys who wear a rosary around their belt loops, I started doing the same. Whenever I do that I find that I pray my Rosary more frequently.

I don’t worry about it too much. I don’t think the Immaculata would let such a huge number of people run around with her most powerful weapon around their necks, without bringing some good by it. Pray that they take another look at their adornments, begin to wonder what the beads are for, and discover something wonderful!
